Jenny is an award-winning career coach, author and leadership trainer. She was awarded OBE in the Queen’s New Year Honours 2021 for services to Entrepreneurship and Women in Business. Together with her team, they design and deliver impactful development to support women and those from global majority \ ethnically diverse backgrounds to progress at work, as well as supporting all leaders to make inclusion happen through allyship and cultural intelligence programmes.
They have delivered over 50 cohorts of our flagship programme that aims to increase representation of those from global majority / ethnically diverse backgrounds at senior levels and are running at around 30% promotion rate while participants are still on the programme, which goes on to increase after the programme ends.
